Clean property, courteous staff. Unbeatable and comfy location, extremely close to Plaza Fiesta. Exceptionally comfortable beds, TV set with satellite channels, climate control and an individual safe in the room.
Not very friendly staff!

I liked the facilities and views more however I would not stay here anymore.
There is not a very precise control on the guests by first inconvenience I left the room and to a giving the warning in reception of exit and that would return the guards following me like a suspect bothered asking in which room I was, for 2nd time later the same thing happened in the change of shift with the receptionist and guard following me until the elevators again same question in which room I was lodged in some way I will be able to understand the security is primordial but in a very uncomfortable way it bothersome that they ask you every time you go out and they follow you like a suspect. Rudely the receptionist said if he doesn't like it he can leave when he notices I am upset and I only made a comment if they had no control over guests. next morning I went out to have breakfast and gave the notice to the reception to leave again when I returned with my family to the room being 12:40 hrs it was already closed and room was vacated at 13:00 hrs in a very annoying way and rude faces opened the door to take out my luggage.

The room was clean and I loved the courtesy water bottles waiting for us. We spent some quality time at the heated swimming pool and lounged in the garden area after breakfast with a lot of delicious options my kids enjoyed. Just a heads up, the bed sheets could use a refresh, but that didn't take away from our nice stay 😊

Amazing, Amazing, Amazing
The moment I got there, the staff greeted me with smiles and offered help right away! My suite on the 7th floor was pure bliss with a comfy bed and a great shower. The outdoor heated pool was my go-to spot, and the fresh coffee at the bar kept me energized for all the fun.
Couldn't recommend more! ❤️✨
